It’s May, Review What They’ve Learned This School Year

The school year has ended in many parts of the country, and it’s coming to a close in all the rest, so it makes sense to review what your kids have learned. I do this with my students during the last week of the year, when final exams are finished, grades are done, and the kids are antsy to start their summers.

Today’s Kids, Tomorrow’s Job Skills

School provides skills and knowledge, but it’s up to us adults – teachers and parents – to show kids how to use those skills and that knowledge when they go off to college, to jobs, and to lifelong learning.
